Osaka Metropolitan University
Dr. Yamauchi, a psychiatrist at Osaka Metropolitan University who runs the eating-disorder outpatient clinic at its university hospital, uses Tabekatsu-chan, an app built on the Fluxweave Platform, with his patients. They record symptoms, meals, and daily activity on their phones, photos included, and the care team can comment on entries and keep in touch between visits.
On the web side, the team sees what patients send in on a large screen and charts just the data they need, so they get an accurate picture in less time. The records also feed the clinic's research.
