A senior software team, led from Boston

Fluxweave has been building software since 2014. Our leadership is based in Boston, and we serve established businesses across the United States.

We work fully virtually. There is no office to visit, and that is deliberate: your project gets our senior people, wherever they are.

Who you work with

The people who scope your project are the people who lead it. Leadership is in Boston and Tokyo, with an extended engineering team in Vietnam and specialists in Europe and South America who join when a project needs them. You get one team and one point of contact, not a hand-off between vendors.

Working in your business day

Your project lead works in US business hours, wherever you are. With leadership in Boston and Tokyo and our extended team in Asia, the work keeps moving between your business days. Working in Japan too? See Tokyo and Japan.

How remote work runs

You see a working product early and often, not a status report. We use shared boards, regular demos, and direct access to the team. The process is the same for every project, described on how it works.

Most US projects start as a fixed-price proof of concept, then continue as Managed Apps we run for you or a custom build you own. Browse the processes people bring us on the solutions page, or see our work.
